Getting Started
Not at all. That’s exactly who most of our clients are when they first come to us. The audit is designed precisely for people in that position: we spend 2–3 hours going through your actual workflows and come back with a written plan that tells you what’s worth doing first. You don’t need to arrive with a tidy brief.
No. Modern AI tools are designed for anyone who can use a web browser. Even our build days don’t require you to code — we pair with you, and the tools do the heavy lifting. What matters is your knowledge of your own business, not your knowledge of software.
Primarily Claude (from Anthropic), including Claude Code for building things together. We’re tool-agnostic — if another tool fits better for a specific problem, we’ll recommend it. We don’t take vendor commissions and we’ll tell you honestly which tool is right for your situation.
Most clients walk away from their first working session with something they can use immediately — a prompt, a workflow, a small tool. The bigger builds take longer, but the idea is that every session ends with something tangible, not just ideas on a whiteboard.
Very common. Most people who’ve “tried AI and didn’t click” have either used it without a clear job to do, or used the wrong version of the wrong tool. We work on your real problems with the right setup — the difference is usually obvious within the first session.
Tiers, Pricing and Build Days
If you mostly need to get organised and start using AI properly, that’s Foundations (£1,500, then £500/month). If you’ve got a specific thing you want to build, Integration (£3,500, then £1,000/month) includes one build day a month. If you want AI threaded through how the business runs day to day, Transformation (from £6,000, then £2,000/month). The free audit is where we work it out together.
Up to 4 hours of focused contact time on a specific deliverable, scheduled within a single calendar day. Can run as one block or split across morning and afternoon. We agree what we’re building at the start of the day, and you walk away with a working version of it. Prep we do between calls doesn’t count against those 4 hours.
The remainder carries into your next build day, or you can book an extra one (£800 for a standard extra, £1,200 if it’s urgent — less than five working days notice). We’ll always tell you up front if we think the scope is bigger than the time we’ve got.
Three months on all tiered engagements. Beyond that, you can leave whenever you like. Most clients stay for as long as there’s a useful next thing to work on — sometimes months, sometimes years — but it’s always your choice.
Yes, completely. Nothing runs on a platform only we control. The accounts, the code, the workflows and the documentation are all yours. The relationship continues as long as it’s useful, but the dependency on us doesn’t — if you ever stepped away, what we built would keep running.
Security and Privacy
Yes — with the right setup. Free personal accounts aren’t suitable for sensitive business data, but business plans from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google are designed for exactly this. Part of what we do in the first month is configure your accounts properly and show you what’s safe to feed the tools and what isn’t.
Not if configured correctly. Business and team plans exclude your data from model training by default. We make sure those settings are enabled and explain what they actually mean in practice, so you’re not relying on a marketing promise.
AI tools can absolutely be used in a GDPR-compliant way, but the setup matters. We advise on best practice — what data is safe to input, what to avoid, and how to document your AI usage. For edge cases with specific legal requirements, we’d always recommend talking to a data protection specialist in parallel.
It’s a real risk with unsecured setups, which is exactly why proper configuration and training matter so much. We set up business accounts with appropriate controls and work with your team on clear guidelines about what’s safe to share and what isn’t. That combination prevents the vast majority of accidents.
Working With Us
A 30-minute video call where we go through where you are now, what you’re stuck on, and what might help. You’ll get honest advice on whether we’re the right fit — and if we’re not, we’ll tell you that. No hard sell, no obligation, and you leave with actionable ideas either way.
We’ll tell you. Some businesses genuinely aren’t ready — maybe the use cases aren’t strong enough, or there are other priorities that should come first. We’d rather say so during the free audit than sell you work that won’t deliver value.
Not currently. We focus on UK businesses for timezone, regulatory and language simplicity. We may expand in future, but for now, UK only.
You’ll want one of our 1-1 products rather than the team tiers. Partnership is for the long game — monthly calls, async access, one build day per quarter. Accelerator is for shipping one specific thing in 4–6 weeks with a fixed price. A lot of Accelerator clients roll onto Partnership afterwards, but you don’t have to.
No. Partnership access is completely private between you and us — we don’t run a shared workspace where clients can see each other or interact. Your work stays your work.
Yes. Integration and Transformation include team-wide setup and working sessions. We can run sessions for up to 10–15 people at a time, though smaller groups usually get more hands-on practice and deliver better results.
