A 30-minute video call where we work out whether we’re a fit and which tier (if any) makes sense. Honest advice, no hard sell — and if we’re not right for you, we’ll tell you.

Onboarding deep-dive

Once you’re signed up, month one starts with a 2–3 hour deep-dive through your workflows, tools and pain points. You leave with a written report: prioritised recommendations and a clear first-30-days plan.

Work together

Working sessions on real problems each month, plus build days where there’s something specific to ship. Email between sessions.

Yours to run

Everything we build sits on your accounts and is documented as we go. No black-box platform, no vendor lock-in. You can run it without us at any point.

Keep going

Each month brings the next problem. Most engagements run for as long as there’s something useful to build — sometimes months, sometimes years. You can leave whenever you want once the three-month minimum is up.
