How we help you get unstuck
Most of the businesses we work with are stuck in one of two ways. We help with both — and we keep going as your business changes. The work we do together sits on your accounts, in your control, no platform you have to keep paying us to run.
Which one sounds like you right now?
Most clients sit in one of these. A fair few sit in both.
Stuck in the chaos
Too many tools, too much admin and no real handle on where the week goes. You know AI should be helping, but you can’t see how to start without it becoming yet another thing on the pile. Every time you try to look into it, something more urgent pulls you away.
We help you get organised — real work, real time, on the things actually eating your week.
Stuck on a project
There’s a specific thing you’ve been trying to ship for months. Maybe a dev shop quoted you an eye-watering number. Maybe the technical side feels out of reach. Maybe it just keeps slipping down the list. Either way, it’s sitting there.
We help you get it over the line. Working sessions and build days until the thing exists and you know how to run it.
A monthly rhythm, not a one-shot project
Free audit
A 30-minute video call where we work out whether we’re a fit and which tier (if any) makes sense. Honest advice, no hard sell — and if we’re not right for you, we’ll tell you.
Onboarding deep-dive
Once you’re signed up, month one starts with a 2–3 hour deep-dive through your workflows, tools and pain points. You leave with a written report: prioritised recommendations and a clear first-30-days plan.
Work together
Working sessions on real problems each month, plus build days where there’s something specific to ship. Email between sessions.
Yours to run
Everything we build sits on your accounts and is documented as we go. No black-box platform, no vendor lock-in. You can run it without us at any point.
Keep going
Each month brings the next problem. Most engagements run for as long as there’s something useful to build — sometimes months, sometimes years. You can leave whenever you want once the three-month minimum is up.
Sovereignty + continuity
You own what we build, on your accounts. We stay alongside as your business changes. Two things, both true.
Most clients stay well past the three-month minimum — not because anything breaks if they leave, but because there’s always a useful next thing to work on.
Is this right for you?
Solo founders and freelancers
You’re doing everything yourself. Partnership gives you an ongoing 1-1 relationship; Accelerator is a focused sprint to ship one specific thing.
Small teams (up to ~20)
People in place but no dedicated tech function. Integration gets your tools set up across the team and ships a meaningful build each month.
Growing businesses ready to thread AI through operations
Not after a single tool, but a way of working with AI woven through the business. Transformation is shaped for that.
People who want their work to be theirs
If a platform you pay forever to access sounds appealing, we’re probably not the right fit. We build things you control.
One engagement, in detail
A Transformation engagement that reshaped how a business operates, without a line of new software.
Transformation partner reshapes management rhythm with AI
Audit scores up. Agency labour halved. Management back on the floor where it belongs.
“In month one, the ops director tried to dictate the handover from his office. The output was visibly thin and the shift leads called it out in the Monday meeting. By month two he was doing the floor walks himself, twice a day — and they’d become the meeting everyone actually prepped for.”
Outcome
BRCGS audit score climbed from the low 80s into the mid 90s at the next visit. Agency-to-employed mix shifted from roughly 60/40 to 30/70 over six months. Retention among employed staff roughly doubled. The QA lead now runs the whole protocol without us.
