Practical AI consulting for UK businesses

Get unstuck with AI.
Own what we build together.

Most of the businesses we work with are stuck — either lost in AI chaos or sitting on a project they can’t get over the line. We get you organised, build the things you need, and stay alongside you as your business grows.

Two flavours of stuck

Which one sounds like you right now?

Most of our clients sit in one of these. A fair few sit in both.

Stuck in the chaos

Too many tools, too much admin, and no real handle on where the week goes. You know AI should be helping, but you can’t see how to start without it becoming yet another thing on the pile.

We help you get organised.

Stuck on a project

There’s a specific thing you’ve been trying to ship for months. A dev shop quoted you an eye-watering number, or the tech feels out of reach. Either way, it’s sitting there.

We help you get it over the line.

Services

Three tiers for teams.
Two products for solos.

Each tier is a steady working relationship. Regular calls, email or Slack between them, and time spent building things together when there’s something to ship.

1-1 Partnership or Accelerator

Working solo is a different shape of work. Partnership is the long game — a steady monthly rhythm and someone in your corner. Accelerator is a focused sprint to ship one specific thing.

How we work

A monthly rhythm, not a one-shot project

We start with an audit, agree a plan, then get into a steady weekly rhythm. Everything we build sits on your accounts, in your control — and we keep going as long as there’s something worth working on next.

01

Free audit

30-min call to work out fit and the right tier. No sell.

02

Deep-dive

A 2–3 hour onboarding audit once you’re signed up. Written plan.

03

Work

Weekly check-ins on real problems. We sit down and build together when there’s something to ship.

04

Yours to run

Everything we build sits on your accounts. No lock-in.

05

Keep building

New month, next problem. Alongside as long as it’s useful.

Common questions

It means our engagements ship things — working tools, working workflows, working operating practices — that live in your business and run without needing us to be in the loop day to day. The relationship continues; the dependency on us doesn’t.

No, and you’re in the majority. The free audit is built for that — we walk through your actual workflows and come back with a written plan that tells you what’s worth doing first.

No. Paired build collaboration doesn’t need you to code; we pair with you and the AI tools do the heavy lifting. What matters most is your knowledge of your own business.

When you’re shipping something — a workflow, a prototype, a tool — we book scheduled focus time and pair on it together. You drive (or we drive while you watch and learn), screen-shared, both hands on the work. The thing that gets built is yours. We don’t take projects away and disappear; build collaboration always happens with you in the room.

There’s a three-month minimum on the tiered services. Beyond that, most clients stay for as long as there’s a useful next thing to work on — sometimes a few months, sometimes years. You can leave whenever you want once the minimum is up.

Not currently. We focus on UK businesses for timezone, regulatory and language simplicity.
