We will treat all information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. This obligation continues after our engagement ends.

7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. We do not directly process or store your business data - we advise on and configure tools that you control.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI tools are provided by third parties (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or outputs of these tools. Our role is to advise on their use and configuration.

8.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
