Typically 4–6 weeks end to end
- Kickoff session — we agree exactly what gets built and what “done” looks like
- Weekly working sessions (1 hour each) for the sprint duration
- 2–3 build days embedded in the sprint to actually deliver
- Written handover so you can maintain and extend what we built

A natural progression: a lot of Accelerator clients move onto a Partnership once their initial project ships. Optional, never assumed — the door’s simply open.

Calls happen over video and are recorded so you can re-watch anything. The recordings are yours.
Build days are where things ship
Working sessions are for discussion and skill-building. Build days are focused blocks where we pair with you (or build for you) to actually deliver.

Any Slack or async access is strictly between you and us. No shared workspace with other clients, no chance of cross-talk.
