Typically 4–6 weeks end to end
- Kickoff session — we agree exactly what gets built and what “done” looks like
- Weekly 1-hour working sessions for the sprint duration
- 2–3 paired build collaborations embedded in the sprint
- Written handover so you can maintain and extend what we built together
- Scope changes during the sprint trigger a re-quote, not silent absorption

A natural progression: a lot of Accelerator clients move onto a Partnership once their initial project ships. Optional, never assumed — the door’s simply open.
What the actual work looks like
Your real work, not hypotheticals
Sessions are spent on the actual emails, proposals, research and admin that eat your time. No generic training examples.
Remote, recorded, yours to keep
Calls happen over video and are recorded so you can re-watch anything. The recordings are yours.
Pairing is where things ship
When you’re shipping something concrete, we pair on it — screen-shared, both hands on. An ad-hoc Partnership call when something pops up, or a scheduled Accelerator block. The work gets done together, not handed off.
Private by design
Any Slack or async access is strictly between you and us. No shared workspace with other clients, no chance of cross-talk.
