Steady help with AI, every month.

Three tiers for UK businesses. We help you work out what to do with AI, then we help you do it — together, week by week, until your team can run with it. Pricing is clear up front and everything we build sits on your accounts.

All tiered engagements run on a three-month minimum. Monthly thereafter, leave whenever.

Retainer — by invitation only

Stay in our orbit

£500/month

By invitation only — for clients who’ve finished a full engagement with us and want to keep us in their corner without paying full partnership rates.

  • Your Slack channel stays open, with replies in 2–3 working days during business hours
  • Quick check-ins, links, “is this a daft idea?” pings — anything bigger and we’ll quote it as a project or talk about coming back to a full tier
  • Quarterly 30-minute check-in call
  • Priority booking when you need urgent or fast-turnaround project work
  • We keep the plan from your previous engagement on hand — useful when you come back or want a related project quoted

No minimum, month-to-month, no notice period.

How we work

How we work together

A working relationship that flexes to what the month actually needs — sometimes guidance, sometimes sitting down and building things side-by-side.

What we’ll do with you

  • Sit down together and build things side-by-side
  • Set up the first version of something so you can take it from there
  • Drive while you watch, so you learn how to do it next time
  • Review what you’ve built between calls and feed back
  • Plan, prioritise, unblock, and help you decide what’s worth doing next
  • Set up and configure the AI tools around how your team actually works

What sits outside

  • Going away for two weeks and coming back with finished software — too big for that, we quote it as a separate project
  • Running and maintaining things in production after we’ve built them
  • Being available daily, on evenings or weekends, or sitting in your team meetings
  • Taking on the outcome and the risk that goes with it (a fuller CAIO mandate is a separate conversation)
  • IT support, helpdesk and account admin
  • Holding your business data on our systems — you use AI on your own accounts

Got something that doesn’t fit? We quote bespoke projects on top of any tier.

Working solo?

1-1 Partnership or Accelerator

These tiers are shaped for teams. Freelancers, solo founders and consultants get two dedicated 1-1 products: Partnership for an ongoing working relationship, or Accelerator to ship one specific thing in 4–6 weeks.

What we don’t do

Worth knowing up front.

IT support

We focus on AI tools and what we build with them. Printers, networks and helpdesk tickets aren’t our remit.

Handle your data for you

You use AI on your own accounts. We don’t access, store or process your business data ourselves.

Vendor lock-in

Nothing we build runs on a platform only we control. You own the accounts, the tools, the code and the workflows.

Guaranteed results

We work hard to ship and to set you up well, but outcomes depend on how you and your team use what we build. We won’t pretend otherwise.
