- Two scheduled calls a week by default — one strategic, one working — shaped around how you actually work
- Slack support with same-business-day replies
- A comprehensive written audit covering wider context and what we’d work towards over the next 90 days and the next year
- Scheduled build sessions, with some preparation done between calls and walked through with you afterwards
- Strategic context refreshed at each quarterly review
All tiered engagements run on a three-month minimum. Monthly thereafter, leave whenever.

Stay in our orbit

By invitation only — for clients who’ve finished a full engagement with us and want to keep us in their corner without paying full partnership rates.
- Your Slack channel stays open, with replies in 2–3 working days during business hours
- Quick check-ins, links, “is this a daft idea?” pings — anything bigger and we’ll quote it as a project or talk about coming back to a full tier
- Quarterly 30-minute check-in call
- Priority booking when you need urgent or fast-turnaround project work
- We keep the plan from your previous engagement on hand — useful when you come back or want a related project quoted
No minimum, month-to-month, no notice period.

- Taking on the outcome and the risk that goes with it (a fuller CAIO mandate is a separate conversation)
- IT support, helpdesk and account admin
- Holding your business data on our systems — you use AI on your own accounts
