What a build day actually is
The bit of the month where something concrete gets shipped.
Up to four hours of focused contact time on a single deliverable, within one day
Can run as one block (say, 10am–2pm) or split between morning and afternoon. Scope is agreed at the start of the day. You walk away with a working version of whatever we committed to.
Contact time only
Prep work between calls doesn’t count against your four hours.
Carry-over
If a build needs more time, the remainder rolls into the next build day.
Reschedule freely
Diaries change. Build days move within the month without penalty.
